I see Bf changed that rule on March 10. Kind of muggy imo to put the "has to start in 2020" rule there as they could lose lots of commission on this. It's not like they're gonna void Euros 2020 market just because they're postponing it until 2021. This might even work out in my favor, but I don't like this uncertainty. Now I might be placing arbs where one side gets voided.
