Italy's numbers might be a bit inflated as they test post mortem and their number includes any person that is found to have had corona, even if they had not shown symptons and were "scheduled" to die anyway.
Other countries associate deaths with the virus too if that person had tested positive (i.e if someone had leukemia and slated to die soon and that person tests positive while alive, it's a corona death), but I don't think any other country tests post mortem. |

Germany, Spain, France etc. will measure it as a corona related death even if it is unlikely to have been the (primary) reason of death. Italy does that too, plus being I think the only country that tests post mortem.
