He means Wimbledon are better than other slams other than US maybe. But US is more a product of having so many players than awarding WC's better, US player pool is just much bigger than everyone else.

You can word it any way you like, giving someone a wildcard is wrong, why should someone be cataputled above other players ranked much higher than them into a Grand slam with so much to offer in terms of points and prize money, a ranking is achieved through 12 months of hard work, yet over the years so many of these snotty kids are given a futile wildcard just for being British, they are pointless and it does nothing for the game.
