If Goerges actually is here to win and not just happy to be here maybe, but she probably is that. She sounds in awe of Serena in press which isn't great to me. Also strikes me as sort of player who will fold immediately if Serena has to up the intensity.

The problem with a lot of players in the latter stages of a slam against Serena is that they don't really start playing until they are a set and break down late in the second set.

Got to try to fight in the first. Even if you lose the set make sure its 6-4 not 6-1. An extra 20 mins on court can pay dividends later in the match.
