i thought kontaveit needed a rest after she lost that final to bertens. she had a few weeks off but her forms got worse since then.

putinseva's played some very poor matches recently too.

Agree, Anett cannot find her mojo from the first half of the year.
Mugda 2.0 is an improved player though, she has had some good matches recently, without the standard muggery of the past.

I think edy or someone else posted it here recently. She is probably hoping a miracle can happen and she can still somehow make Singapore but with the recent bicycles etc. it's a long journey.
