Belinda got into IW just. Plays Acapulco before that, so maybe she won't go Middle East, but Q draw isn't on TF yet so I can't see if she entered and just didn't get in (the cut offs are miles above her ranking anyway, like 30 places).

Fortunately with this St. Petersburg 1 week earlier this year, I think she will get into Miami assuming the cut off is the same as Indian Wells (which you'd expect it to be). She was one of the last in in Indian Wells.
