hey ww, did you hear Sting was meant to be at Summerslam before they realised he was old and lame?

Apparently they're saving him for Survivor Series. They didn't want waste him SS since the card is already so stacked.

Not that I care anyway. I Don't watch Raw anymore and certainly won't be watching Summerslam. They could hold the event next door to me and still i wouldn't watch.

The only thing that piqued my interest was the possibility that Sting might be on the card.

but tbh, WWE need to change up the format of how they produce their shows because it's getting very stale and the characters feel very wooden/manufactured

so many of the characters feel cartoony. they've gone from the attitude era to the cartoon era

You asked me why I'm such a hater. Well you kind of answered your own question there.

Probably also has something to do with nostalgia. When Vince bought and killed WCW, he also killed a part of my childhood.

buying WCW then not getting any of the actual big guys to come in and compete made it very pointless. DDP and Booker T basically the top WCW-ers?

I'd split the pot on both mugs here, HAAS can't finish his dinner on the easy ones, townsend to win in two:)

WCW was circling the drain at that point, yes, but there was always the possibility they could have turned the corner. Was the WWF not on the brink in the mid 90s? Yet look at how they turned things around. Once they sold to Vince that was it. Gone, finished and never coming back. And not only that Vince continues to bury everything to do WCW, still to this day he can't let go.

jewell, I thought about backing a FH goal in Banfield, then a 2nd fh goal, then a 3rd fh goal. they all happened but didn't back anyway. decided to go for a 5th in Colombia. at exactly the same moment Banfield scored again to make it 3-1 and a 5th goal arrived in Colombia. big sigh of relief!
