Everyone saying they hope Kei wins. I think he will probably the most well supported player tonight by far (not necessarily in the stadium but around the tennis world in general) because most people like him and have always been rooting for him to overcome his physical fragility and make the most of his talent.

I've made good money laying England in recent times so will stick with the strategy

as for Kei, I just dunno, I'm hoping he can do it but am far from certain

Marin has to serve very well to win

It wasn't a pleasure trip, and I didn't have a lot of free time.
I stayed very close to London Eye, conincidentally. And yes, the queues were extremely long, perhaps also due to the pleasant weather.

Do people really hold this against him? My feeling is that people will hold a doping suspension against someone in athletics, especially a sprinter like Gatlin, but not so much against a BZS or a Cilic in tennis.

a lot of people will just see someone labelled as "a doper" and not know the actual circumstances

If you look at Marin's results at the time he was "doping" they weren't very good.

no I don't hold the memory of Marin doping violation close to my memory and don't hold it against him despite being vehemently against PEDs and those deliberately looking to gain an advantage

Because no-one in the general scheme of things will even know they've been banned. Whereas Gatlin everyone who follows will know.

I think Julia will win, but Dubois will find comfort in the fact that she lost to a cool player like Julia and therefore she will not cry.
