The boring end to the US Open that it looked though unfortunately. A lack of form from the top players didn't help. We didn't really get any marquee match ups because no-one was really playing well.

Prize money stats are irrelevant tbh. I think it's probably the most irrelevant stat.
Prize money has and is going up so fast, that basically the biggest earners will always be the current players. Serena's $60m or whatever will probably be passed within 10 years. |
