Laura Robson friendship, wanting to win so hard that she won't have any WTA friendships, too self assured when asked if she's surprised at the level of success she's achieving and Sharapova-esque 'coldness' towards fellow players. I disagree with the people calling her arrogant though.

her and coach referring to Petra as 'the opponent' or 'the other girl' etc. They're taking all the emotion out of it so that Genie can perform with the clearest mind while on the court

people claim they just hate the hype/WTA push of her, but there is a personal dislike from a lot of people.

think I tweeted this rather than posting it but being nice and smiley didn't work out well for Sabine.

despite getting owned, Genie knows she is good. don't see the big deal or need to show false modesty

Apparently it does, but I don't understand how people can hold this against Genie when she's shown that this so called hype was justified after reaching 2 GS semis and 1 GS final this year.

The only thing I find uncomfortable about Genie is if she's totally finished her almost lifelong friendship with Laura because she'd rather win at tennis than be friends with someone. Maybe she felt the need to seperate herself from Laura because she was too close to her

Can't really comment on Laura situation since none of us really knows what happened. It's sad though.
