it would be something special, but theoretically you could cause yourself to bleed by hitting yourself in the face with the racket à la Youzhny if you were really desperate for an MTO to break the other player's momentum. doubt we'll see it in WTA since many of the girls have modelling jobs on the side, but could see it happen in ATP.
