I have a feeling that Murr can easily drop a set here. So laying 3-0 at 1.8 is a great deal. What is Verdasco's defensive skills?? This is kinda different Verdasco to me, on this tour. Is that because he didn't have true challenge, or he really coming back to his old form?

Verdasco lost his nerve at 2-0. Four bp's in the fourth, a couple 0-30's, but he forgot what got him to 2-0.

Superb effort by Verdasco in defeat for sure. They played 4 epic points as I recall, over many strokes, and Muzza won them all making Verdy play too many shots.

As usual, abysmal interview from Gary Richardson. BBC coverage is, in the main, atrocious. Get rid of Barker, Henman, Castle & Lloyd - they just sound out of their depth.
& definitely get rid of Richardson. Tries to be the grand inquisitor but sounds like a schoolboy reporter on the local rag.

I backed Verdasco for 2.00 during the early stages of set 3. Although I lost, I have no problem with the bet, because I believe at the time it looked like incredible value.
