We really don't know these days - stats, form, etc etc mean nothing when they may have 'different' ideas. I do expect Federer to win this as his best play is a treat to watch, but will he be sufficiently motivated?

roger can handle simon's game without breaking sweat when he's in his aggressive zen calm, which is related directly to the number of errors he's made in the match
it only gets ugly when he starts tilting because simon keeps making him play more balls and the mistakes slowly pile up.

they have never played on clay before, and in this showing the matchup on clay does not do Simon any favours at all

Yeah I have to say despite Fed being a little more erratic nowadays he is certainly a class above Simon here so far and it is getting humiliating for the Frenchman. I suspect as per normal relax a bit and gather himself ready to break Simon at the start of the 2nd set then he can cruise through maybe 6-3ish

Hard to gauge his form really as Simon is fairly hopeless tonight but at least Fed looks like he is concentrating.
I would of thought it was basically a shoo in as I cannot see how Simon can break Fed and he looks like losing his serve every game.
Too many people think nothing of 5% lot of laying going in but next to no hope

I personally would not lay Fed in this match after watching the first set as he was such a class above it was painful, I backed Simon for a tiny sum pre match as I thought he might cause Fed some problems but again at 4-1 down I kissed that goodbye but no one in their right mind would of laid Fed after that 1st set.
I don't think I have ever seen 1.01 and thought value....but
