if tommy doesn't win this set he will spend the entire third set thinking about how he mugged it up, won't be able to concentrate. Hope he wins tho, much better player on the day so far

![]() ![]() I'm really happy not only about the money but also I'm a long-time Haas fan and the way he overcomes every obstacle and starts playing great tennis again competing with the top guys is not comparable to any other sports career as far as I know. |

By:
I don't like Haas playing the doubles tommorow.
|
|
By:
Djokovic bad day at the office.
Winners = 7 UE's = 30 Haas Winners = 13 UE's = 18 Unlikely Haas can string together multiple matches at that level so Ferrer looking good to make it through in this quarter. |
|
By:
Haas should be able to beat Simon but I agree that Ferrer would be favourite vs Haas. But Haas would not be chanceless of course.
|
|
By:
Grandpa ripped him a new one.
I can't remember the last time the gipsy looked so hopeless. Brililant! o |
|
By:
Wow what a result, and it wasnt Djoko tanking? didnt see it so well done Haas! and again showing that if you have commitment and fitness age is no problem...
|
|
By:
Tennis totally unpredictable, I backed Haas against Raonic and look totally clueless only a week or so ago.
I have been doing Back to Lays on long shots all week with only one success, and never bothered with only 2 this one and yes Cilbulkova vs Serena. I think its time to stick to the nags. |

Was just one of those things.
Tommy said "It's just one of those times in sport when the underdog wins." Anyone who watched Nole's semi at the US open against Ferrer knows he did not like those windy conditions. Was a combination of great tactics, execution and serving by Tommy and Djoker being a tad off and not being able to adapt to the conditions. Full credit to Haas, he was amazing. |
|
By:
nole really doesn't like wind does he? maybe that's why he stopped eating gluten

Joker tank for me. Wants to get ready for clay court season. His year is all about the French.
