Zemlja v Bautista

Ok I am missing something here?  I had a bet on Zemlja and it appears Bautista retired after the first set was completed but my bet is showing as lost?  The only rule I can see is that the player going through is deemed the winner as long as one set is complete. Which unless allthe scores sites are wrong it was Bautista that retired.
