In eight years here, Betfair did not changed any decision. If voided - voided... If someone wants to call them, maybe could do something, but I think that nothing can be done.
By:
but why voided if 1set completed??
By:
Who knows... If someone is kind to call them... My english is very poor, so I won't do that :(
By:
I will

They have reversed plenty of decisions in the past. The Isner-Levine most famous example. I am not going to ring them because I didn't get involved myself and they will want bet references.

on de bakker to beat vaseline boy. Might leave it and hit the hay.

Thanks JoZo. Please write here what you got as an answer...

I am personally not going to bother because it was only a very very small amount of money and so for me it's not worth the hassle of phoning a customer service desk (I always hate that). I was more concerned about the fact that the bet had seemingly disappeared into the ether, as it wasn't showing up on any of my account statement screens. Not being able to obtain any record of the fact that you have put money on something is worrying, but happily it showed up after a while.

They will reverse this 100% because they won't go against their own rules so blatantly.
By:
funny how they'll alwasy record your losses though. b4stards

Yes, if I got all red, it would be settled regularly, if all green, voided ...
If JoZo post here what they say, ok, if not, I will write e-mail tomorrow. |

By:
Settled!!! Check your statements!
By:
It makes no difference to them if you had a red. Your red is always someone else's green and they take commission from that

By:
Thanks JoZo. Like I said, I was too lazy to call for the tiny amount I would have received, but it's nice to have the little extra change. It looks like they already have reversed it before your message got through though, as it's settled already.
By:

De Bakker is a pretty decent player for a guy who plays mainly challengers, certainly ERV won't find it easy even though he's in good form, but it is a three set match
By:
De Bakker got injured, looked like he was going to be fairly decent beforehand
