Haas is in good form. i wouldn't right him off. Almagro is not in good form, he is inconsistent right now. Approach with caution/ the odds imo are about right. Almagro is the better player. but he's just not in form rightrt now, while Hasas is

I'm not sure I agree with that personally. For me, Haas hasn't been great this year. He's had a few good matches here and there against some American servebots, who he seems to relish playing against, but his level has largely been below that which he was displaying for most of last year (particularly during the clay and grass seasons, and the US Open Series tournaments).
The courts here are about as suitable for Almagro as any hard court in the world, also. |
