Clarification: it's the combination of limited weapons and her physical size that hinders her. Cibulkova has a bigger game despite being slightly smaller.

Just wait for the clay court season, anyway. You'll all love Errani when she is a free money shot in 80% of her matches and she starts pulling off amazingly clever dropshot winners.

i like petra very much, but the way she plays atm doesnt indicates any changes to me, she is going for such a small margin shots now its brilliant but in 3 weeks time  yo yo will swing the other way and she will be disaster again, hitting the other side of baseline. positive change in her game would be her trying to construct points little bit more wait for good ball and then pull  higher percentage shot , so far what she is playing is totally inconsistent ball bashing and its little bit premature creaming.

good sign is she is not struggling physically and can play longer matches ,and will build on this recent great results

Size is very much of secondary importance at this level of tennis. Take a look at David Ferrer to see why.

well if Ferrer was bigger he could be top 3

I don't agree there, look at the height of the top 10 male/female players in the world

its comic to see a player just returning balls without pace and angles

He is an exception amongst a group of top players that are all much taller.

Smaller size is a disadvantage in tennis, but Ferrer is such an outstanding player that he manages to overcome this hindrance and still be one of the very best.

Stature and height isn't vital, but it can more than make up for inadequacies elsewhere. If you're smaller, you have to make it up with your actual game.

I was trying to say that at this level the mental edge is more important than a few inches.
