Can anyone share average odds for set betting based on win odds E.g.
1.2-1.3 - 3v0 = ** , 3v1=** , 3v2=**

Don't really follow what your examples mean, but are you wanting odds of favourite 2-0 / 2-1 etc, based on start price?
OK, 5 sets, but the SP spreads are so wide (1.20 - 1.30) that they are of little use.

The odd spreads were more illustrative. Any examples you have would be great just so that I can use a rough rule of thumb to look at the price of the to be able to know what the correct score prices would be both on the fav and outsider,
