If he was really injured he would take someone to look at his injury and not getting worried about someone wrote at his twitter account.

He posted it like 3 minutes after the match Tongue Out

Melzer losing more credibility.

someone else posted that he should stop playing tennis, and he replied saying they should write their 'bs' to someone else. He is not in a good mood!

The tweeters telling him to quit tennis will feel guilty if he retires from the sport tomorrow.

a player that does not have the motivation/attitude can better stop playing.

melzer used to lose matches because he has mental blocks and is a massive choker, much like soderling/berdych, etc, then came his break through like the other 2, reached the top 10 and then suddenly became a mug maybe spent too much time practising doubles and becaume a sh!tty singles players

not a good thing. He will still be odds on the next time he faces a young top 100/200 player and mug the match away again, FREE MONEY!

@jojomelzer in fairness it did just look like you turned up 4 cheque and to extend your honeymoon. Hopefully your groin strain wont ruin it.

@Kalarou omg... You have just no idea!no disrespect to Kuala Lumpur it's really nice. But there is nicer places to spend your honeymoon

why don't you leave him alone. He can do whatever he wants to. If he does not feel right for whatever reason he retires. Just because you backed him you shouldn't post this to him. Just doesn't make you better than him. You can#t blame him for putting money on him Laugh you can only blame yourself for it. And there are a lot of players who are retiring lately.

Even if you are injured it isn't uncommon to check your mobile and tweet smth back nowadays.

because he goes under the guise of 'professional' tennis player

Melzer should check this forum instead of his Twitter account.

I think he will stop immediately with playing tennis.

Poor effort today from Melzer and I think SOA has it at the right end.

he was only at the tournament for the money!!

No MTO and suddenly retirement, twittering 5 minutes after the match. I think he was expecting somebody would twitter after his tankjob.

nice work Melzer :) keep up the good work for your fans.
