Why do people continue to think that the winner of the second set is the more likely to win a match?

Virtually every match the odds go too far in the direction of the winner of the second set.

I have money sitting in 3 matches: Babos, Larsson and Haas, none are playing and no idea when they restart. I am not a fan of tennis anymore. If nothings started by 1am I will cash out of all 3 and avoid betting on tennis tomorrow.
