Kerber didn't lose those three break points, Azarenka won them through fantastic play. There's a difference, give players credit where it's due.
Azarenka is playing this point by point kerber which is very hard to do

kerber's strength is her return game, so its harder for her to hold serve against good players
Two years ago, Kerber would have hit half these balls out.

getting to the TB is a huge ask imo
come on get the men on, where there's some logic to proceedings
only in WTA, 15-40 on opponent's serve is better than 40-15 on own serve lol
not as easy as I would have liked, could have traded out at 1.04 but left it on the whole time. good effort.
