Looking at his market, got me thinking. Why do people lay the favourite to back him/her later on. You make far more money by backing the dog. For example here, if you'd laid Minella at the end of the first set at 1.14 and backed her now at about evens, for a £100 exposure, you'd have made £75 profit. If you'd backed Puchkova at 8s and laid her now at around evens for £100 stake, you'd have made £300 profit. Same risk, same market, totally different profit levels.
