CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY ISNER WOULD DRIFT FROM $1.40 TO $1.55 WITH OVER $100K TRADED? This seems very strange is he injured or something?

he drifted from low 1.50s to 1.65 against harrison prematch and then won easily. i wouldn't read too much into this.
1.5 ish is the correct price, also $100k is a low amount in the context of the volume that will eventually be traded pre match so id expect to see the SP stabilise around 1.5 or just under in the next few hours
Also drifted heavily against Mahut. Otherwise it was mostly shortening of the favorite in this tournament before the match if I remember correctly. Maybe Isner is so "driftable" as his matches often tend to be decided in TBs.
favs shorten on betfair 90% of the time unless its an obvious upset chance... interesting theory on Isner ill follow that. Same thing happen on Raonic, Karlovic etc?
ghost, I have not followed Karlo or Raonic in that respect, though I kind of remember a Raonic drift or two. And there has been at least a few Isner drifts I remember before.
he won against ram 'coz ram is mug of highest order. he can only serve and run to the net. and his serve was pretty bad yesterday.

and even thou ram took 2nd set from hewitt and he had good position in set #1 to win it but he wastet such opportunity.

No they don't. Maybe barely over 50%.

What is it about this tournament? The market is up and down like a tart's knickers for no apparent reason. It happened in both semi-finals and is happening again now.

Isner not convincing. Also loses more points on serve than Hewitt. Looong journey to go.
Isner has had his serve broken only once all tournament and Hewitt is looking solid on serve, will be a tiebreak or 2 for sure.
Well, in such case the odds would be wrong, too low on Isner.

Isner is improving a bit with passing time. Also, his service percentage went up in the last couple games.
Isner is a real chump--he often take his opponent to a tie-break where his chances are not so big

Iron john, master of tiebreaks, doesnt choke often when it matters. hewiit better breaks before if he wants a chance in this set.
Isner and Raonic matches are really predictable on fast surfaces when they are playing well. No one can get a read on their serves 1st set and they aren't good enough to break decent opponents either so it invariably ends up 7-6 1st set.
