On the Paszek +5.5 market, if it goes to a tie break and 7-6, does the 7 count as an extra game?

Paszek is a very decent player but Aza is just too good at the moment. But I've layed her anyway.

Dont give up. Paszek is playing the tennis of her life.
And she seems to get a tiny bit better game after game.
