It's an interesting match today in the rg semis.Sharapova has the motivation to win this match , because it would reach her first final at RG , reaching also the first spot in WTA rankings.Kvitova isn't brilliant on clay , as long as Sharapova won't make faults it would be hard for Petra to break.They met this year in Stuttgart where Sharpova won in straight sets. Considering an all-in on Masha!What are your thoughts on this match?

strange to say i think this damp slower court actually suits maria more than petra. stuttgart indoors and faster was much better for petra than these conditions.

I dunno, did ok on Pova in her last match after a disastrous start where the first three games were all breaks which result in big red for me on match odds.
I think i'd have to see Petra play a game or two though before getting involved. It's just too risky to back blindly on match odds before the event not taking in to account weather, fitness, WTA etc... |

I did say that but learned my lesson - the mistake i made was betting before seeing either play then i got nervous and accepted a loss. Once i had a feel for how both were playing i managed to turn my red in to green so my radar wasn't all that bad :) I'll be waiting for the first couple of games before deciding to get involved or not on this one :) |

Looking forward to this one now... Errani looked decent against Stosur but imo Stosur threw it away with too many UE's.
Don't think we'll see a similar upset here but will find out quickly. |

maria might NEVER have a better chance to win roland garros in her career again so motivation is definitely maximum, but whether this will become pressure on her we shall see

Kvit has never been an easy opponent for her - I'm on her for an upset at prices.

Well I'm going against the majority on this thread. I think Kvitova is good value here and will trade lower at some point. This girl is class if she puts it all together and if she does I think she will win.

sharpova is deserved favourite here but kvitova at 3.2 cannot be ignored. But kvitova spray soo many UE's, it could be just like sam stosur. Shevdova should have really been kvitova to be honest

well the price has risen since i backed her, im thinking i will leave my back of sharapova to run but then red out if sharapova loses the first set.

if only kvitova was on her game like she is normally then this would be over in straight sets but all tourney she hasnt been playing well at all, its been Ue after Ue from kvitova

Sharapova play quite tidy game kivi making way too many errors u cant win on clay like that.and slow court will help masha a lot with this prices masha is good bet even prematch.only risk is kivi to play clean match wchih may happen but unlikely

yep pretty much, if kvitova cuts our he UE's and hits more winners instead (unlikely) then kvitova would win, povs consistency has been too good this tourney so far
