Straight up: I'm biased because I'm an Aussie but I honestly can't see Stosur losing this match. It was only a few weeks ago that Errani was beaten easily by the Aussie. 5-0 H2H with Errani only ever taken 1 set off Sam which was back in 2010 on a hard court.
Good trading possibilities in this match considering Stosur will choke serving out the sets like she did with Cibulkova however she will win in the end. My opinion: Stosur in 2.

5-0 H2H in this case is .... worthless... Errani was 0-2 with Ivanovic, 0-5 with Kuznetsova, 0-1 with Kerber.
Errani was terrible when she played with top20, until RG..., now she play very well and she find out that she can beat top players... confident Sara is dangerous Sara:) but ofc, favourite is Sam, I wont participate with my $$$ with livebets.. in this game, I have longterm bet that Sara win RG + cover bet at Stosur in this game.., but I believe that odds 1.424-3.200 (Pinnacle), are not correct, original odds at Pinnacle were 1.571 but they must go lower because ppls are convinced about easy 2-0 Stosur win, we will see:) |

I don't think the H2H are worthless, I mean, which players situation would you rather be in: Stosurs because she's won all 5 meetings, or Errani's where she has never beaten Sam.
I'm not a tennis player but I think this would make the Italian nervous which I think would give Sam the edge. |

because yes, Sam is very confident... because she "know how", BUT Sara could learn from her loses, and change something...just a litle bit.. and surprise Sam.. But ofc, i dont know, it can be 6-1 6-1 for Sam, i dont see into their heads.. imho lower than 1.6 is not fair price. I cant wish good luck for all backers Sam, because I have Sara as winner tournament :P |

having beaten a top 10 player for the 1st time in her career (though only Kerber #10) and playing SF in a GS might alter something in Erranis head, being on such a run as she is now will really give her new confidence.
As to h2h, who would have thought horseface could beat Sammy 2 years ago going into it with a 1-4 h2h, the only win coming from their 1st match 5 years earlier? |

They are re-developing roland garros to include roofs so they can continue in rain. I just dont get how it takes 5 years to do that??

agreed GVL , rain breaks can add to the excitement of a contest , however , I feel for the fans/gamblers and understand their frustration when there's no play cos of the rain

spectators and TV schedules don't allow an earlier start - and even I as a betting man rely on schedules and do not wait the whole day if it might start earlier

It will be very windy, so we'll see which of them deals best with that. I would think Stosur. How it will affect Sharapova and Kvitova is anyone's guess, there could be balls flying everywhere.

the rain and hard conditions suit errani to a tee, hence the price drift. Ball will stick in the clay and perfect for errani to move stosur from side to side
