I lost 161.00 hard earned pounds beause the Beta version broke down during the
second set. Unable to get out of it.
5 times a window came up saying CONTINUE. Everytime I clicked on it it took some
32.00 pounds laying Ivanovic.
Everything happended within a couple of minutes.

Called Betfair customer services. Absolutely useless. They told me, I placed a
bet of some 222 odd pounds. I said where is this bet, go into my account and
show me this bet. He refused and just said nothing I can do.
I am not a complicated guy and I still can take my wife out for diner tonight.

However, very poor and unprofessional attitude of the Betfair guy.
