I lost 161.00 hard earned pounds beause the Beta version broke down during the
second set. Unable to get out of it. 5 times a window came up saying CONTINUE. Everytime I clicked on it it took some 32.00 pounds laying Ivanovic. Everything happended within a couple of minutes. Called Betfair customer services. Absolutely useless. They told me, I placed a bet of some 222 odd pounds. I said where is this bet, go into my account and show me this bet. He refused and just said nothing I can do. I am not a complicated guy and I still can take my wife out for diner tonight. However, very poor and unprofessional attitude of the Betfair guy. The punter pays the bill, because their stupid Beta version suddenly breaks down and I was totally unable to get out of these bets for at least 15 minutes. Then of course the odds changed. **** day |

The same with me lost 166 but the best thing was during backing from my bet system placed another bet for my whole bank that Iva wont win. Thanks God i have my money back
