I fully expect fed to start this stronger and either break or just get close to breaking soon, thus 2.28 now (down from 2.4+ from before djoko match) is still the value bet. Mabybe nadal will take it in the end, but Fed reaching at least evens first set is a sizzling surefire bet

Neck and neck so far. Fed has changed his look a bit...
By:
nadal should be 1,25

Nad is 5 years younger and still has 26 titles to win to catch up with Federer.
For sure he won't be holding back. The last thing he'll be wanting is for the titles gap to widen. It goes without saying but I think, like Fed, that sort of long term historical/legacy stuff helps to motivate him as well as the immediate success, rankings, rewards and so on. I think I'll wait to see if there's better odds though. Sometimes Nadal can look as rough as anything to start with and then improves beyond recognition. |

Don't worry ctrl-z, it will soon be Sunday (actually it is Sunday where I am and it is quite a nice day too).
By:
nothing like spending a saturday night watching weather cameras waiting for a tennis match. much more fun during the US Open though when we can actually see when people are trying to dry the courts.

By:
yep if this match doesnt start by 4pm local time, isner is declared the winner im afraid
By:
Two sets at 1.72 is good bet.
By:
local tv already saying Isner is out in a club celebrating... he knows no chance of play today and tomorrow...
By:
By:
toni nadal is the biggest ramper in tennis
so keep listening to him |
By:
he is not even in IW.. so your point is.. pointless...nothing new..

Whats happening? When they playing?
By:
Just to add to the Saturday evening general entertainment
I think it's about 6.10 pm EDT time in Indian Wells and there seems to be quite a wide but patchy rain belt travelling over Indian Wells so it's possible play will be at best intermittent if/when play starts. Nad often seems to like changing momentum and Fed generally seems pretty unflappable so who knows who the conditions might benefit. Then there's the high wind warning. |
By:
hmmm, nadal will be 1,1 in 15 minutes after start
By:
OK THANKS MATE.
By:
nadal crushed fed at the aussie open, the only chance for fed is a high 1st serve percentage
By:
so he can win easy points if the points last long, nadal will win them
By:
has the rain cleared?
By:
no, at least not 10 mins ago.
