Yes against an opponent who can return he will suffer, I tend to lay Ljubicic on a regular basis against the better players.

Maybe not in the next round (although if Mathieu comes through he has been in some form recently) if he gets to the third round Tipsarevic will ruin him! Ljubicic's record vs top 20 opponents cannot be good at all in recent years.
