Market shortening more during change-over than for a Istomin hold in this one. Sooner or later it will be forced to drift because of TB coinflip danger. As long Isto is serving first, I am confident.

I mean, there is obviously a risk in the breaker, but Raonic serve will give him more free points than to his opponent, imho
