Dani seems a bit too low at 1.53, Kirilenko is not to be underestimated this late in a tournament.
Kirilenko finals stats: 5/9
Hantuchova finals stats: 4/14
Now, Kirilenko played more sets etc. but that is how she tends to do things, I dont think it is such a huge factor (she is fit enough).

I was thinking the same thing, Hantuchova should not be this low... the only reason I see for this price is their H2H but that's a bit old.
IMO Kirilenko reached the final facing stronger opposition than Daniela so far, having won against an in form Cirstea... Daniela had a good draw. |

Kirilenko played: 1. Casey Dellacqua: a complete CH player with the amazing record of 3-5 matches in WTA events last year... 2. A. Rodionova: a very poor singles stuff player (looks like she definitively loves the doubles ) with another amazing record of 8-23 matches in WTA events last year...3. T. Tanasugarn: could be Kirilenko's mom perfectly with the amazing record of 4-10 in WTA events last year... 4. S. Cirstea: the only REAL wta player but very overrated when we talk about winning important matches. Even the "real" WTA player had an amazing 13-16 in WTA events last year. So lets see.. she has faced 3 players ranked 93, 94 and 103 in the world, plus one ranked the 54. All of them with more loses than wins in her bags. And still, vs Dellacqua and vs Rodionova she was about to lose. Great stuff by Kiri... yes.. |

u are right Hantuchova has played not a lot better opponnents.. but at least she has won the way a top player has to win. Not losing a set in the way and winning easy her matches.

WTF!!! she won 6 CH in a row playing.. all of them in AUSTRALIA vs local girls the most! and the higher player ranked she faced was the world number 141... so no.. dellacqua is not a bid deal to be having the problems Kirilenko had to beat her. |
