Well I am disputing the bet365. I was making with a customer resporeentative.At the moment they gave back winnings for a pre match bet that technically won. Settled another that they put as a win but then decided to take the money back.I used this money and because of this it was put as - the amount on my account.So the first bet I won had money deducted because they took it back to review again.Wrong..That will be sorted soon.
Then I speak to a representative who at one point says ' ok i can give your amazing multiple bet back as a bonus for same amount.' I was livid as he was actually trying to be patrionsiing.He said ( so funny)that it was a typing error and he was trying to say another word.Due to the fact that he over stepped the mark of a customer service representative.I got a free 20 due to the rudeness...It continues |

I had no idea the scoreboard was wrong. The result flashed up on my twitter feed saying the Croats had won 2-0...I just went to the set betting on the off chance...the rest is history. I was hoping it was going to come off but I didn't really think it would.
