You are betting on a exchange market so money you loose will be won by others. Maybe you consider your betting style! Backing low odds is everytime risky, you need to find value and betting inplay will gain much more profit than staking everytime prematch. There is nearly no match where odds are not getting higher during the match... betting prematch is the biggest problem you have. Everybody who backs odds lower than 1.1 prematch should turn his brain on, and not flaming about loosing money! |

Isn't it risky to swing your bet like that in the Tomic/Davy match - i mean the amount? I get what you did in terms of rescuing the bet. But I am just looking at where your pre match unit is 1 and your inplay unit is 4. It is ok to make a determination inplay of course, but it seems the "countering" made inplay is too substantial. I have done the same myself, where I want to end up green on the match, but the loss would be a significant one, close to almost 2.5 prematch losses. And certainly, we have seen matches where there is a slow starter, and eveyrthing ocmes rolling in (and davy is definitely no exception). I am more curious if this is something you did all the time, or this was just a very obviously clear, and exceptional, case. I thought his bet on tomic was excellent.
I fancied Davy too. But had to cover it at 4/9 and 2/5 for a small loss on that match. But less loss is better than more loss which is y I dun it. I'm sure sifon did it for exactly the same reason. Think he has done inrunning on this thread before, however it is rare |

Lucky I hedged with Hewitt. A shame. Tanasugarn choked both sets leading a break. Seppi must of been outplayed, didn't see it. I now have to blacklist Baghdatis and his matches lol. In the end A litle disappointing today |

Ur hewit bet was very good. I liked dat selection alot.
I like ur idea of trading out. £16 was a bit less though, u should have put a bit more on that 1. I think u should trade out more often. If u do this ul be green in no time. Try to for underdogs, and then cover them. Pre match betting alone is just so so so difficult. If u trade out more I think u can do so much better, but make sure u try and stop betting below 1.2 as it's almost uncoverable in running. At times covering ur money is like wasting it but u should never think like that. If u cover ur cash it's far more beneficial in d long run. Covering ur money especialy at odds of over 20/1 is a must. Not only do I cover my stake I always green up both ways and not just 1 way. Eg u covered ur money on sod by placing £16. If that was me I would have put 50 on. Same profit both ways. And now iv got out of my orignal bet I placed at the start of the match I'm ready to bet again if I want. Sometimes u can green up more than 10 times in a match. And if u chose an underdog like u did with hewit and he just gets destroyed 3-0 at least uv just lost 1 bet, a small stake so ur unlikely to chase. The strategy above is devised as it does not alow u to chase which is an imortant part of tennis betting. Good luck. Ur pre match betting is very impressive. If u get into the green in the next few months ul be the only guy iv ever known to do a thread for over a year and still be in the green in tennis pre match betting. Good luck |

Bb6 can u honestly say ur in profit backing short odds eg 1/10 below, in the long term.
personaly I also back short odds but if I do it will be prematch bet and it will be in a acc. I would never back a player who is 1/20 in running but was like 8/11 pre match, (well I have done it but in the long run it hasn't been profitable, infact it's been downhill quite rapidly). |
