well I have 166.87 at the ready (bank plus green on woz) to lump on Razz if she looks strong. as odds fairlly wide apart I can wait till Razz gets to 1.72 to switch and leave all red on Woz zero on Razz. High risk but I like it :)
Obviously I would usually try and switch above evens to give some green to work with. |

What's the story behind your username? And have you tried something similar before? I mean if your bank was depleted, was it because of using methods like this and it then went wrong? The biggest danger could also be things like sudden retirements

The story of my username is that I lost 70k over about 2 years when I first started punting! I won big at times but lost big too my turnover in that period was probably around 300k win but 370k loss. The 30k loss in the 2007 Aus Open was probably my low point, created issues in my personal life, lost family, house, business (was self employed) Borrowed, stole and lied to/from everyone and ended up in the **. Like a true punter I believed I was only one win away from getting it all back and I actually did (very lucky) over a short period of time. Anyway I came to terms with my gambling habit and stopped completely for a while. Now I limit my deposits to a small amount per month which I can easily afford to lose. Funnily enough I have hardly had to make any deposits since making this decision. Not gambling doesn't work for me before it is suggested. I am approx 11k in profit over last 18 months only do it for fun and beer money. This thread is simply a distraction for this weekend and the £66.75 was all I had left in my account this morning although I was down to £19 before the Bartoli match last night. I don't need the 10k I just picked a ridiculous figure to hopefully show for the future reference that it can be done when the question is raised as it is umpteen times a week on the various forums. My style suits being able to do it though even for me 10k in 5 days is highly ambitious.
If I win I win £10k and will spend it on crap probably If I lose I go out on the p1ss for the rest of the weekend. Win win if you know what I mean :) |

Not my usual style again this one and kind of missed the early odds of 1.72 that I was hping for.
Too much being read into Momo's results at this tourny. Beat sugi who is 103 years old and A Bond who is injured as proved when she retired hurt in the doubles today. Hope I'm right but Kuzzy seems to want this tourny otherwise she wouldn't have battled back against Wickmayer (my huge losss yesterday by the way) Odd are not within my normal from the off parameters but what the hey only need a few ticks to get daily target. :) Anything more just brings the daily task down. |

Interesting, thanks. I've never really had the thought to try something like this, but on the other hand if I'm chasing I wouldn't think twice about upping the stakes, seems to be a different mindset to risk winnings rather than try to recoup losses. It does seem simple in theory, under 10 rolling bets can make you a big amount if you're lucky and they all come in, or you're able to trade out.
