Cider will no doubt come back with some long tedious explanations of the way the world works now, so someone else can have there ears bleed.

I guess some tears might win round some of the fb mums, but atm they can't stand him and much prefer Ginge

He's very much relying on the young and regional vote and male gamblers. Not sure the latter are big voters though

Polling isn't voting is it, but it's a rabbit hole anyway. I thought Chris would win scd easily from wk1, Ellie didn't come into my consideration at all. As we should all know by now, public votes are about a reason to vote. Having a disability, being DS or whatever, alone are not reasons to vote.

If G does go in, it won't be that she is DS that will be effective, it will be the sibling love in testing circumstances. Which we already know is authentic. However, how it plays out in reality, if it plays out at all, might be quite different.

re. the edit.  It makes a difference, even at a late stage.  It depends how close it is.  Biggest ever event was Fatima's cockroach up her nose episode.  She went from 9th of 10 and 4.68% to 1st and 26.92% in one show.  Only once got less than 18% in every subsequent show.  Dougie went 4th 4th 3rd 1st 4th 1st 2nd 1st in the run in

It wasn't a great show for Aitch yesterday.  It was better for Ginge and he has the trial today.  Of course you get more years where the winner wins easy.  This strikes me as a close year though

The app changed everything. May as well be a different show.

I did a deep dive analysis, posted elsewhere, over several years.

It can't be done now obviously, but there's no reason why it should have changed.

But ofc if Shraine's figures mean anything worthwhile Aitch has it in the bag.  I suspect they are about as useful as a chocolate kettle.  Doesn't mean Aitch won't win though

There's no data on it that I'm aware of alas, 'email' voting probably lies somewhere between manual phone voting and app voting. Definitely will be more consistent than manual phone voting in my opinion.

You have someone like Kelly or Vogue or Eddie (or Ruby for that matter), doesn't matter what the edit throws at them, they just aren't votable enough the edit isn't enough to make anything more than a small difference.

Shona (and Martin) are the opposite.  Shona is votable, but was boring and wasn't doing anything.  Then the edit makes a tangible difference.

There's no evidence of that when the voting was being fully published, and app only.

From 2018 Shocked

I've left the first vts out due to immunities, and the second due to John alone being immune (though it's very much the same pattern). Only Emily moves more than one place, and she was only 1.4% off 2nd place so nothing in it. This suggests the daily edit is virtually irrelevant to me.

Just mad how consistent it was. For example 7 different votes and Jennie was 3rd or 4th in all of them! That obviously includes vote transfers.

army I think Tom drifted yesterday due to Shraine's magic numbers.  They've come back in since people realise they aren't magic after all

Prolly also drifted thinking the trial wasn't going to be great or not as good as it might have been.  I don't think the trial was a big let down myself, maybe very slightly.  Perhaps a bigger issue was Aitch gambling with the eggs.  If it would've paid off, which it nearly did, but the gamble would've failed, and the diary scenes that went with it I didn't like.  Small things, can be forgotten with a good show tonight.

Crazy incident at Sandown just then

rtv put up the freeze frame of the 1st post at Sandown, but they were using the 2nd post Cry

of course, the winner won comfortably by was comfortably behind at the 1ps post/freeze frame. that has got to hurt, great day for others.
