The order already pre determined yhtl, so that's not the case anymore
The excitement comes from the public votes lumped in one go from bottom jury score to top jury score (after all jury scores have been added by each individual spokesperson for that country) |

yes it used to be set as an algorithm to achieve maximum jeopardy, but i don't believe that's still in play.

2022 I calculated the likely early jury scores based on historic jury voting. not nearly as deep this year so will be winging it!

They read the jury scores out from bottom to top of the existing tele vote score not bottom to top of the actual jury vote.
