nella is a very dangerous runner in the respect she can push any of the others over the line, every second she's in there risks the market being extremely volatile. Her chances are immaterial

one wrong sentence by any of them said innocently could make her flip into a tirade, fecking weirdo who's only interested in her own opinion no matter how deluded it is.

The most bizarre market move yesterday was that of fred, from high's of 12.0 down to low's of 6.20 for what ? making up a crap song, or the fact nella blanked him and failed to apologise. Neither warranted such a move and then within mins of the show starting he was trading back at 9.0.
That alone makes it pretty hard to distinguish between a genuine move and that of someone who likes fred's crap songs whilst being shirtless, other than that he had a tiny chat about 1st dates and gino and put some fish heads in some rice.
That was his edit, so what daft kooont decided that was worthy of 6.20 ?

If that is someone with the full edit, give it to me you clown and i'll show you how its done....no it was a fred fan boy, just in from work Cry

The lesson from this is, not all big moves around dinner time are insiders Wink

His earlier drift was a bit of overreaction I'd say - then like you say shortened a bit too much, about right at 9-10.0 prices now...

I've got Fred and Farage as my take all reds. I've reluctantly got Dettori to wipe my face, just about, but honestly I can't imagine any of those three triumphing at the end.

One thing i will say about frankie is, im expecting him to start well, loads of fun and laughter, joining in, getting to know everyone blah blah this in turn will come across well to his diehard racing fans who love him lots.
Now the point is, there punters and they like to gamble, the books are pathetic and restrict you to peanuts. Unless you got an account like mine which is fab Love anyway when he starts well and his loyal fans start hitting the books, his price will drop faster than the average camper.

only a guess but laying frankie at 10/11 wasn't the brightest move, when there is strong chance you could of layed around 7/8

we shall see ladies and gentlemen

classic pump and dump runner IMO FD - may be burning bright to start, but keeping a cheery side and role will be less easy for him.

not to mention he's already basically one of the favourites in this - so leaving him alone from here.

The younger generations won't know much about Dettori other than he's a jockey, many won't even know that I reckon. As a huge racing supporter all my life, in my book he's at best an odious individual and that's me being very polite b.t.w.

i find every racing punter is a right moany b1tch about every jockey at one time or another, having spent years and years in smoke filled shops in my youth, finding trouble in running the main cause Wink

given a clear run and a happy smiley face, there won't be any moaning from me

frankie has been on the wish list for years, so im expecting a lot of coverage..the bottom 5 in the market will get even less airtime

He was down to ride at Listowel earlier this year as part of a farewell tour and a €4,000 appearance money for his troubles was agreed. When it came to it he didn't ride there in the end as he upped his expenses demand to €15,000 and when the racecourse executive couldn't afford  to pay him that much he said well I'm not riding there then.

Funtime Frankie indeed....

No of course not Army, it's all about our respective positions mate.
I did get him onside a bit as mentioned earlier. Anyway, thanks a lot to you for getting me on the Josie juggernaut before the price crashed!

Think you can gauge his popularity by the reception he received when he was returning to the unsaddling enclosure on King of Spain it was moment to savour the whole crowd was cheering a day to remember.
Ask any racecourse manager which jockey will add most people to the gate? can guarantee you Dettori will get 95% of the vote. Its true he is a bad loser, but to cite his mean spirit when his retirement celebration party raised a high 5 figures for charity is plainly wrong.
The Listowell incident whilst unfortunate, was in part caused by ineffective communication between Frankie, his agent and the racecourse. Ive always found him nothing but a gent
