I've contacted Betfair chat

they are currently lying to me saying none of the bets were matched so would help if you contacted Betfair too.  They will be under voided bets

"I cannot correct this info for you as they were unmatched, once again i do apologise but there is not much i can do for you"

Apparently the market didn’t turn in play at the start of the show.

If the market wasn't suspended at the off then the rules say bets will be voided.  What a shower they are.  They could've told me that in live chat.  I had no idea that was the case.  Cost me about £100 in the end

I had 4 bets matched on this market and after it suspended, my 3 bets making a profit had disappeared and I had one bet remaining that stayed matched. Also all of my unmatched bets were still live. So it doesn't wash with me that the market was voided, been in touch with customer services twice and they just say they've explained that the bets weren't ever matched. Seems like someone in Betfair was losing a lot of money.

It's become a bit of a mess compared to how it used to be unfortunately.  Cost cutting under regulatory pressure
