So Ukraine racked up 4,473,287 views of their semi-final performance in 3 and a half days but Serbia managed 2,807,735 views in one and a half days and Spain managed 2,101,727 views in one and a half days which is impressive. I'm not sure what the juries made of Serbia, but Spain probably did quite well and if the YouTube views is an indicator of public support then the 8.0 for Spain to win without Ukraine might not be bad value.

I'm sure there are enough sheep amongst the juries such that Ukraine will get plenty of second and third placing to get a comfortable jury score, and if Ukraine don't win the tele vote comfortably there will be a chewed up fedora in my household!!

I remember our entry being hyped up in previous years, only to finish well down the field, so I can't go along with this widely-held view that because Sam is popular on Tiktok, he must have a great chance of winning.

Using the voting list above and voting groups in the link - https://www.vox.com/2016/5/14/11667716/eurovision-song-contest-2016-logo-timberlake - after about 16 countries - Moldova, the group which had most hits includes these top betting countries - Ukraine, Poland, Moldova ( 6 matches - 5 because they will have already voted) - and the group which 5 matches has as it's top in the betting - UK, Sweden, Netherlands.

All that this means is that if the charts are still relevant, these countries may well be in a better (or same) position in the chart than they will be after all juries have voted.

Will be interesting to see the score board after 16 countries have voted.
