Ashley always comes across as a top bloke to be fair. His choreo was genius and game changing.

he's a great choreographer too. That routine he choreographed for loads of favourite BGT dancers (including OMG and Stavros Flatley) to perform at the end of a series a few years back was one of the best thing I had ever seen on the show.
