i am surprised about the semi results. that israel beat cyprus and norway sweden but both winner driftning so much.
this year I changed tactic and only prelistened once on all of the songs so i wouldnt be so bias. Instead I tried to follow the money (on cyprus and lithuania and lucky to pick up isreal on the drift) 20 % of profit pre final. 50 % of profit on trading during final 30 % of profit laying italy top 4 at 1,01. this of course lucky but i layed all on the nmarkets usually some sniper who got the maths wrong. |

I must have missed something, thought they were clear with last vote to come. Must have missed something, went to check were my winnings were...none obviously.

really interesting looking at the semi results, Austria must have been hampered by being 5th in the final running order. In semi final 1 it was fourth by only 1 point. I think this year if Israel had been in the first half of the draw we'd have had another winner

The Big 5, Germany, Italy, France, UK and Spain don`t participate in the semis; nor does last year`s winner. UK one of the big 5, the whole comp which over the years has been revamped still includes this big five getting a bye which to me is now ridiculous, no-one votes for the UK its just the way it is, often the song is crap some years is isn't but it makes no difference, in fact I think the UK would benefit from actually being in the semis, I'm not saying it would ever produce a win but by going through the semi route if we did qualify for the final I think we would do better, if the song is sh!t whats the difference if it failed to make it, in fact not qualifying is better than finishing 22nd I would have thought. |
