These really have been studying the Richard Jones patriotic route. Even the cliffs of Dover!

Mixed messages, that was a natural pimp/end to the show simply from the broadcast perspective. Cowell didn't seem very enthused tho. If LVG beats all that patriotic guff without the RO advantage he must be in with a good shot of the OR

Natural show closer I agree and will probably get the unseen vote is it enough to beat LVG dunno.

now 1/3 leg, evens ddd.must be honest   i see leg getting a sympathy vote but in all truth his act wasn't remotely funny(possible problem for a comic)

I didn't find LVG remotely funny

I don't see d darlings do anything more to entertain really. At least lost voice guy can entertain with more humour and not many comedians are like him. But yeah, they really pumped the d darlings with all the veterans. And why wasn't spellman put on tonight's show. With the magic such as the others. ??

DDD have spunked everything they've got in the locker tonight, if they've not won the heat they might not get the nod for the final

When: 28 May 18 21:54
Doesn't matter what I think personally Jim. I think he's funny enough for this audience. Still possible he got headed by tonight's patriotic pimp tho.

When: 28 May 18 22:03
lvg ahead on sm but not spectacularly so and ddd will have had all the non sm oldie vote, and both of their sm relatively very poor. lvg can't win final on that showing.

Where's the logic in that. Beat a hugely patriotic act that had the works against the RO grain. Plus the show and Cowell seem very keen. I'd want him level at worst, personally.

Plus of course, no comic has won BGT yet. I feel like it has a lot going for it. Amanda's comments pretty telling, for me.
By:
Henry VIII
When: 28 May 18 22:31
I think when the results come out we'll see it was a close SF. The guy's not funny so there will have been a big sympathy vote which worked ie it got him to win his SF, job done, final goes to something more relatable, prolly a singer who pulls the heart strings.
By:
traicue
When: 28 May 18 22:33
hmm yeah. Depends on other performances. But he does give a lot of positives. The smile on his face when he went through.. As for Tuesday's show, another magician. But still no sign of spellman. hmmm? strange...? As for magic how does he beat maddox? or utopia? or even ellie jeki? as for emotional, lost voice guy can compete with him there.
By:
Henry VIII
When: 28 May 18 22:33
Not complaining about the SF, DDD to Q was my only play.

When: 28 May 18 22:40
I feel that you may be over-estimating the field, H. Although I wouldn't be interested in the 2-1 being matched with 4 semis and a final RO to be decided. LVG has a USP.

When: 28 May 18 23:23
And let's not forget emotional stuff from dance group rise.
