I was right, this really was heartbreak after struggling through SCD.

thoughts

1. Che - just an awful rendition, vocally OK if you like that sort of thing but I find it very hard to listen to.  Comments just crazy OTT and didn't seem the match the performance at all.  Strange VT - fugly bloke and grubby-looking GF in a dingy bar.  Plus SCowell begging for votes.

2. Anton - always sounds all over the place vocally to me, obviously all over the place emotionally too.  Looks very creepy and a little unhinged imo, looked like he could have pulled a gun out for Nick.  Believe SCowell said Anton's going to be OK a number of times (so no need to vote?).

3.  4I - done up to look very fierce and like they mean business.  Probably their best "performance" for me.  Don't think much of it was actually "live".  They perform like it is a chore with no fun or love for it shining through, just desperation oozing out of every pore.

4. Lauren - track along similar lines to last week's snoozefest although surprised at how well she did with that and then a tad surprised at how poorly she did with this.  Very funny at the end when Rita (all in white) came out with Louisa (all in white) and Lauren (all in black) - Lauren was almost invisible.

5. Mason - just dreadful.  More red and black than Dennis the Menace.  Has pretty much always looked embarrassed to be in the love shows.  Obvious what was going to happen. 

6.  Louisa - a great performance for the show/core voters.  Personally think that track deserves more subtlety so too shouty for me.  Rubbish VT.

7.  RnB - more of the same, great fun if that's your thing, hyped up to the hilt.  Seriously - a bit rubbish really (sorry hems).

Seemed all about pushing Che over Mason, Louisa over Lauren and RnB over 4I.  Anton can fk off before he takes them all out with a machete.

Think you'd have to be pretty emotionally void not to feel for the bloke.....I reckon he might just escape B2 tonight.

That's one way to look at it I suppose....more likely IMO that people will feel that by voting to save him,they're sticking one to Grimshaw and supporting Anton.He didn't really give the impression he wanted to give up,more that he was up for the fight.

Did struggle with the really high parts tho.

Judges absolutely buried him with the scripted comments also.Didn't do himself any favours by simply shrugging....obvious that he'd had enough of the process and looked like he had surrendered.
