They've changed it back again to showing Germany last now. Appears it is the running order and not the televote that counts. Oh well, just hope I haven't been charged premium charges on the winnings I never had. Of all the weeks I could choose from to calculate premium charge this would be the last one I'd choose. Got at least 5 partially settled markets in that lot.

Re. the point about draw order - that subject came up on the ESC Insight podcast last week and that is indeed the rule but I think it applied to tangible points - not sure if they envisaged 0-0 when the rule was made given we hadn't had a 0 since 2003.

The rule states it applies to any other ties that can't be split by countback. So worth considering when placing a bet on last place next year, go for later order countries that may get 0 ;)
