I have plenty of empathy but I'm bored with sob stories on these shows

Lisa Riley's mother died a few weeks before she started on strictly but insisted it was never mentioned
I wish everyone would follow her example

I guess sob stories are good if you have them green. Very annoying if you don't

Surely the Golden Boy must have been bullied for looking 30 when he was at school. I bet all the other kids said he'd been put back a year. Year after year Sad

Tellymix poll has been hacked again (within the last hour).

Someone's just given Stevie approx 200 votes Cry

They should really stop running polls on their site,if they're so vulnerable to being hacked.....absolutely pointless.

Should be easy enough to have non tamper proof polls I'd have thought. Talking of Telly Mix the BBC clearly not interesting in investing in The Voice on any level it seems.

@georgebailey27 What makes you think it's been hacked?

Might be worth posting here as and when hacked. tbh I don't bother with them anymore because of the hacking.

@georgebailey27 They're all from unique IPs, maybe poll was tweeted or shared somewhere. It's run independently + externally by @Automattic

georgebailey27 ‏@georgebailey27 10s11 seconds ago

@tellymix @automattic Interesting but that still doesn't explain the huge "spikes" in votes for some. Shame really. Will tweet when happens.

Cheers Bails Cool

It's still a decent measure,as long as you monitor it closely and subtract the hacking additions.FWIW Stevie was leading Emmanuel by 4% before the shenanigans .

Amazed they are paying for it and can't see the obvious. Will tweet the 4% to them.

Wonder how they are all unique ISPs? Probably easy for a techie to do...think it was explained on here before iirc. "automatic" need to up their game for sure. Ironically it might actually help the shrewdies who have the time and inclination to monitor it.

I think they're using the free polldaddy service.

Don't worry guys I've been telling Karis and Rita Ora on Twitter to cut out the uptempo stuff. Why they don't play to her strengths when there are only three live shows is beyond me.

It's like XF, they think they're making a better show but in fact are making a worse show. The fat contestant had the best voice in the comp, made me look up, and then aborted the song and went into all that rap.
