Aminata will represent Estonia.

It was the right decision although it’s a shame my fav MNTHA won’t. MNTHA’s performance was worse than previous and she knew it. She needs to learn performance skills. However ethereal and introverted the song she has to look at the camera. She didn’t once.

Shame. She would have introduced something different to ESC.

The ESC right now reminds me of a Johnny Nash song "There Are More Questions Than Answers" Confused

Sweden for me. I love the Sami song. Feels authentic. Three floating "ghosts" are great as is drummer and the dancing couple. If he doesn't go through to ESC then they must have something even better up their sleeve. Should be 6s.

Which one is the Sami song?
By:

When: 24 Feb 15 10:29
Listened to it loads of times and not got bored with it. Charismatic singer reminds me of a young Springsteen. Columbian born Sami raised. Will tap into all the independence/underdog sentiments around Europe.  bear says no chance so best left alone.

I like it but I don’t know about the politics sentiments thing, it’s not very accessible not being in English. It hasn’t made waves…

unlike the incredible 8.8 million YT views of Il Volo. That’s not in English either but everybody knows what Grande Amore means and what the song’s about.

Looks a slow burner to me...has to win Melodifestivalen first of course. As above if it doesn't whatever does will have a chance anyway.

Jon Henrik Fjällgren - if it is  the song by this artist - you would be better off playing it in the old film "CARRY ON UP THE JUNGLE"ExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcitedExcited

Are there actually lyrics? sounds like some Native American round the campfire war dance crap to me

You laughed before you even listened to it....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....I still say it ticks a lot of ESC boxes

I quite like it tbf, but as bear says, it's basically some Native American wailing with some half decent staging

About as far away from being an esc song as you can get imo. Juries would hate it

Sami rather than NA I think. Lot of thought gone into staging and it will certainly stand out. Audience loved it on the night. Its fav to win Melodi and I have backed Sweden on the back of it. All opinion of course. I think juries might like it.

It doesn't appeal to me but could have a Russian gran type of appeal. If it is chosen

My 2 against the field atm are Estonia and Norway. Assuming Norway pick the duet, which looks extremely likely

Will have a look at those two....just dabbling at the moment but I am a bit fixated with Bruce jnr fornow. I note its bang on 3 minutes and its clear from the production they mean business with it.
