Just read that Israel's government has decided to withdraw state support from it, effectively closing it. Unless, that's reversed, that makes it unlikely they'll be back next year, dunno if that will effect the juries, but it opens up interesting possibilities for next year. There are a lot of Arab countries like Lebanon, Tunisia and Morocco that would like to take part but don't because of rule that they have to broadcast Israel.
