At it's best, BB has always been about overturning and changing prejudices. This is the first BB that has changed mine - never thought I'd say it, but Jim has come across as a decent guy with a good heart who's learned a lot from recent tough times and mellowed with age.

One thing I can hold true for sure though - Lee Ryan is a total ****

I suspect a lot of Jim's nastiness has come from the changing of times which has seen people like him be replaced with less talented but politically correct presenters and turned on by all those alt comedians.

Ironically the idea that he was a good comedian forced out because of PC works in his favour. It gives him a kind of status.

Because I don’t think he was ever a good comedian. He had to go for shock value. And his PC approved stuff eg his stand up routine in the house which CBB put on Youtube clips but never aired was woeful.
